Uniekaas® Hollandse Gouda Matured 6 Month Seafood Pasta
1/2 lb. of linguini
2/3 lb. of fresh shrimp
1/2 cup of shredded Uniekaas® Hollandse Gouda Matured 6 Month
1 tbsp. of olive oil
1 tbsp. of butter
2 cloves of garlic
1 handful of pine nuts
Salt and Pepper
1 head of broccoli
1 carrot

Chop carrots and broccoli roughly and steam. Cook past and drain. Steam shrimp after veggies are done. Add a little beer to the steam for the shrimp. Mix butter, olive oil, garlic, pine nuts and Uniekaas® Hollandse Gouda Matured 6 Month. When Uniekaas® Hollandse Gouda Matured 6 Month melts stir in pasta. Add veggies and shrimp on top. Lemon juice on shrimp to taste.
