Hollandse Creme Panini
8 oz. of sliced Uniekaas® Hollandse Creme
8 slices of country bread
16 slices of prosciutto
1/4 cup of raspberry jam
4 large eggs
3 tbsp. of butter, melted

Preheat your panini press. Divide half of the Uniekaas® Hollandse Creme among the 4 slices of bread, then top with prosciutto. Spread 1 tbsp. of jam on each and top with the remaining Uniekaas® Hollandse Creme. Set the remaining bread slices in place.
In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs with the butter. Working in batches, dip both slices of each sandwich in the egg mixture and place in the panini press. Grill until the bread is crisp and golden, approx. 3 mins.

Serves 4
