Prep Time: 15 mins. (plus 4 hours setting time) / Cook Time: 1 hr.
Hollandse Creme Brunch Bake
1 loaf of bread, cubes
2 cups of diced ham
1 sweet red pepper, diced
1 small onion, chopped
4 cups of shredded Uniekaas® Hollandse Creme
6 eggs
3 cups of milk
1/2 tsp. of salt
2 tsp. of worcestershire sauce

Grease a 13x9 baking dish. Scatter half of each bread cubes, ham, onion, pepper and Uniekaas® Hollandse Creme in dish. Repeat layers. Beat the remaining ingredients together and pour evenly over bread mixture. Press down lightly to cover bread with mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate four hours to overnight. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Bake uncovered for 45-55 mins. or until puffed and golden. Let stand 10 mins. before serving.
