Tomato & Basil Creme Fondue
8 oz. of Uniekaas® Hollandse Creme
2 small Roma tomatoes, cored and diced
1 tbsp. fresh basil, finely chopped
1 loaf baguette, sliced and toasted

Coarsely chop Uniekaas® Hollandse Cremeinto small pieces and place in pot. Mix in tomatoes and basil. Heat on medium-high flame until cheese is bubbling. Transfer to fondue pot over flame. Dip with toasted baguette bread.

Serves 6-8
