Tofu Cheeseburgers

Tofu Cheeseburgers
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 green or sweet red pepper, very finely chopped
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. tofu, crumbled
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. whole-wheat flour
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 cup Uniekaas® Hollandse Gouda Classic 12 Months
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp. oil
4 sesame seed hamburger buns
2 tbsp. cottage cheese
2 oz. of Coach Farm® Garden Tomato & Garlic Cheese Spread

In a bowl, combine all ingredients except bread crumbs, oil, sesame seed buns, cottage cheese, and garden tomato cheese spread. Shape mixture into 4 patties, dredge with bread crumbs and set aside. In a skillet, heat oil, brown patties on both sides. Spread Garden Tomato & Garlic Cheese Spread on sesame seed hamburger buns. Serve patties on buns and garnish with vegetables of your choice and cottage cheese.
