Hash Brown Quiche

Hash Brown Quiche
1 cup of shredded Uniekaas® Vintage Gouda 3® Year
1 package of frozen hash brown patties
1/3 cup of melted butter
1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup of diced ham
1/2 cup of cream
2 eggs

Grease quiche pan. Remove excess water from patties by wrapping them in paper towels and then placing them on a towel. Roll the towel up tight, removing excess water. Place hash browns in quiche pan and press them down into the pan. Brush with melted butter and bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove crust and reduce the oven heat to 350 degrees. Sprinkle ham and Uniekaas® Vintage Gouda 3® Year on top. Beat eggs and cream together and pour over top. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
