Goat Cheese, Turkey and Sun-dried Tomato Sandwich
Coach Farm® Low Fat Goat Cheese Spread
of choice (we suggest garlic for this recipe)
1/3 lb of Deli style turkey breast
3/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, softened and chopped
1 cup of Arugula lettuce leaves
One loaf of a crusty white bread, such as Ciabatta

Cut the Ciabatta bread in half and spread your Coach Farm® Low Fat Goat Cheese Spread of choice onto one side of the bread. Then layer the spread with the turkey, arugula leaves, sun dried tomatoes and close sandwich. For a warm sandwich, press in Panini machine or toast in oven.
