Goat Cheese Ravioli

Goat Cheese Ravioli
Ravioli:
3/4 lb. of Coach Farm® Fresh Goat Cheese Button
3 tbsp. of Coach Farm® Goat Milk Ricotta
1 tbsp. of fresh chopped basil
1 eggs, slightly beaten
Salt & Pepper
1 tbsp. of lemon zest
1 package of wonton wrappers cut into 2" squares

Mix ravioli filling together and chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the wonton wrapper and cover with another. Use water to seal edges. Place in slow boiling water for 2 minutes, or until they float to the top.
