Goat Cheese Crostini with Olive Tapenade

Goat Cheese Crostini with Olive Tapenade
1 baguette, cut into 3/4-inch slices
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper
4oz package of Coach Farm® Fresh with Herbs Goat Cheese, room temperature
1 small jar of olive tapenade

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice baguette up into thin rounds and lay out on a roasting tray. Drizzle with olive oil and season with a little salt and freshly ground black pepper. Bake in the oven for about 7-8 minutes until golden brown then set aside. Spread Coach Farm® Fresh with Herb Goat Cheese over the warm crostini and top with a 1/2 tsp. of olive tapenade.

Serves 4-6
