Garlic Butter Pasta

Garlic Butter Pasta
8 oz. Cambria Goat Butter
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Pepper to taste
1 box of noodle pasta (we suggest penne)

Allow butter to reach room temperature. Mix butter, garlic, worcestershire sauce and pepper in a food processor. Prepare a butter roll: Fold a sheet of aluminum foil in half down the middle and spread butter mixture into fold. Fold aluminum foil over butter and hold in place with one hand. Push the butter toward the center to form a roll with the other hand. Roll the butter-filled foil into a cylinder and twist one end to close. Squeeze butter to eliminate air bubbles and twist the other end. Refrigerate it for at least 1 hour.
Prepare pasta in salted boiling water as per directions on the box. When finished cooking, drain pasta and plate. Take butter roll out from refrigerator and cut into 1/4" thick rounds. Place two rounds on top of the plated hot pasta and serve.
