Fettuccine with Three Cheeses

Fettuccine with Three Cheeses
1/2 cup of shredded Uniekaas® Vintage Gouda 3® Year
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 cups of milk
1/2 cup of shredded Gruyere
1/4 cup golden raisins
12 oz. fettuccine noodles
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan

Cook noodles in boiling water as package directs. Place noodles in serving dish, keep warm. Melt butter in medium saucepan, stir in flour and cook until bubbly. Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened. Remove from heat, add Gruyere and Uniekaas® Vintage Gouda 3® Year and raisins. Return to low heat and stir until cheeses are thoroughly melted. Immediately pour sauce over pasta and serve with grated Parmesan.
