Fancy Grilled Cheese with Parrano Originale® & Shitake Mushrooms
6 Oz. Shiitake Mushrooms
3 Tbsp. butter
Salt to Taste
2 Tbsp. of Fresh Oregano
8 Slices of Whole Wheat Bread
About 1/4 Pound of Thinly Sliced Parrano Originale®

Sauté the sliced mushrooms in 1 tbsp butter for 4-5 minutes. When mushrooms are tender, add oregano and salt to taste. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature. In pan, layer sandwiches as follows: bread slice, sliced Parrano Originale®, mushroom mixture divided evenly, sliced Parrano Originale®, second slice of bread. Press down till heated thoroughly.

Makes 4 Sandwiches
