Deviled Eggs
4 eggs (hard boiled)
4 tsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. wasabi mayonnaise
2 tsp. of Coach Farm® Plain Yo-Goat Yogurt Drink
1 tsp. of finely chopped red onion Salt & Pepper to taste

Place whole eggs in a small saucepan filled with cold water. After water begins to boil, cook eggs over high for 10 minutes.(Hint: Use week-old eggs for hard boiling. When eggs are too fresh, the shell is difficult to remove.) Slice eggs in half, or in 4, or cut into thick slices and gently scoop out yolks. Mix yolk with 4 tsp . mayonnaise, 1 tsp. prepared mustard, 1 tsp. wasabi mayonnaise, 2 tsp. of Yo-Goat Yogurt Drink and 1 tsp. of finely chopped red onion. Place mixture in a pastry bag and pipe into the egg whites. Top with salt and pepper to taste.

Serves 2-4
