Chevre Goat Gouda Cashew Bouchees
1 1/2 cups of shredded Uniekaas® Hollandse Chevre Goat Gouda
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups of flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
24 whole cashews

Combine Uniekaas® Hollandse Chevre Goat Gouda and butter in a large mixing bowl beat at medium speed with electric mixer until blended. Combine flour, mustard and salt. Add the cheese mixture beating until dough is no longer crumbly. Shape into 24 1" balls. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Gently press a cashew on top of each ball. Bake at 375 degrees fro 16-18 mins. or until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks before serving.

Yields 24 Bouchees
