Asparagus, Hollandse Creme and Ham

Asparagus, Hollandse Creme and Ham
1 bunch of asparagus, steamed or frozen & thawed
8 ounces of cooked ham, chopped
1 (10 oz.) can cream of asparagus soup
8 oz. of Uniekaas® Hollandse Creme cubed
4 green onions, sliced
2 (4 oz.) jars of diced pimentos, drained

Chop asparagus and combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer on low, stirring often. Once Uniekaas® Hollandse Creme is melted, drizzle over warm croissants or on top of an open-face sandwich. Can also be used as a fondue, if kept warm.

Serves 4
