Asparagus Dressing

Asparagus Dressing
1 bunch of asparagus - par boiled*
1/2 cup canned cream of asparagus soup, undiluted
1/4 cup Coach Farm® Plain Yo-Goat Yogurt Drink
1/4 cup sour cream
2 cups of baby carrots

Combine soup, Yo-Goat and sour cream in a bowl and mix well. Take 6-8 spears of the par boiled asparagus and finely dice it. Mix it in. Place bowl in refrigerator and chill at least 1/2 hour. Once chilled, serve with the remaining asparagus spears and baby carrots for dipping.

Serves 4
